Notification in 48 Hour Period : If you must reschedule your Saturday appointment or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your date and time scheduled. We will refund your fee or reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Notification less than 48 Hours: There are no refunds for the consultation fee, and a reschedule fee of $15 will be charged to be applied toward your selective procedure/service.
